Q: How do I order? A: You can order through my website —www.getbaked.carbonmade.com/contact — be sure to include your name, address, phone number with your order so I can update you with delivery times and get clarification if need be.
Q: What's the minimum order? A: Minimum order is 6 cookies ($10). Cookies are sold in increments of 6 (12, 18, 24, etc) and flavors can be mixed upon request.
Q: What's your delivery area? A: I deliver to Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley, and Alameda on Saturday nights. For special orders (outside of saturday nights) I can deliver almost anywhere in the bay area for $1/mile (+ toll if applicable).
Q: How do special orders work? A: If you'd like to order outside my delivery zone (berkeley, alameda, oakland, emeryville) AND/OR at a time other than Saturday nights, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance (more time is preferred when possible) with your name, address, and phone number so we can coordinate schedules.
Q: Do your cookies contain _______ (allergen)? A: All cookies are gluten free and vegan. I do work in a shared kitchen and while I do my absolute best to avoid cross-contamination, I can't 100% guarantee it.
If you have peanut or almond allergies, I do not recommend eating Get Baked cookies, as nuts are often key ingredients. The chocolate chips I use contain soy lecithin, but the chocolate chip cookies are the only ones that actually contain a notable quantity of soy beyond the lecithin. If you have allergies not covered here, please contact me before ordering.
Q: Do you use palm oil?
A: No. I recently switched from buying palm oil based vegan margarine to making my own from scratch. I use hemp milk and organic coconut oil, plus some sunflower lecithin for stability.
Q: Do you cater?
A: Yes! See above protocol on special orders. For large orders (larger than 4 dozen) please contact me at least 48 hours in advance to coordinate delivery.
Q: Can you make anything besides the monthly flavors?
A: Custom treats are certainly a possibility– I love a challenge! Just be sure to follow the aforementioned special order protocol so I can have enough time to do test batches prior to your order.
